The aim of the association is to support and promote the physical and mental health of women. <strong>As of April 15<\/strong>, we are looking for <strong>a new<\/strong> <strong>permanent employee <\/strong>for 35 hours\/week for counseling women affected by violence, both in the Women&#8217;s Counseling Center and in the BISS (Counseling and Intervention Center for Domestic Violence).<\/p>\n<p><strong>You bring with you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree as a state-recognized social pedagogue BA\/Dipl. or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Additional therapeutic training or the willingness to acquire it<\/li>\n<li>Experience in counseling, especially with the topic of violence<\/li>\n<li>Openness in contact with different lifestyles<\/li>\n<li>Mental resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment based on TV\u00f6D<\/li>\n<li>A versatile, interesting and meaningful field of work<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for further education and training<\/li>\n<li>Good collegial cooperation in a professionally competent team<\/li>\n<li>Intervision and supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for an independent and creative colleague.
